Join us for a free 2-hour anti-bullying and self-defense seminar for kids ages 6–13 at VLNK Academy.
What your child will learn:
How to recognize and avoid escalating situations
How to communicate confidently and set boundaries
How to manage distance and create space
How to escape common grabs, pushes, and headlocks
How to protect themselves if a situation becomes physical
How to use Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to control someone without unnecessarily hurting them
